Define:Food Opens Its Doors at Colony @ Star Boulevard KLCC

As you may already know, Colony is opening our fourth location at Star Boulevard KLCC in June 2019.

We have the pleasure to announce that Define Food will open its second outlet and will take over 2,000 square feet of our penthouse to offer you luxurious al-desko lunches!

In the kitchen, the wind blows on the stoves of Chef Malcom Goh, multi-award winning chef who gain his reputation in the industry itself with restaurateur Ryan Yeoh. On top of being a chef, he is a TV star, starring in culinary productions like Asian Food Channel’s original production Great Dinners Of The World and Must Try Asia. He’s hosted his own culinary show, Back To The Streets alongside host Zher Peen, where the duo went undercover in search of local culinary delights on the streets of Kuala Lumpur.

As with its first outlet in Mid Valley, modern European cuisine is revisited adding a touch of its signature menu items like Carbonara, Wagyu Bolognese, Truffled Eggs, Salt Beef Reuben Sandwich and Wagyu Sirloin Steak as well as some soon-to-be unveiled new items created for the working crowd!

Gorgeous on the plate and on the palate, Define: Food will instantly transport you to a place where your out-of-office mood is on.

Star Boulevard is located a two-minute walk to the light rail transit and proposed mass rapid transit stations (both in KLCC), and a 2- to 20-minute walk to Avenue K, Suria KLCC, Pavilion KL, Starhill and Lot 10.
