We are stoked to announce that Colony will be welcoming Carsome to our 5th location at Mutiara Damansara as it moves its regional headquarters in July 2019.

This multi-million dollar deal along with previously announced deal with Malaysia’s largest snack company Mamee, Colony @ Mutiara Damansara will open with yet an 81% occupancy rate in July 2019.

Carsome is the leading and largest online used-car auction platform in Southeast Asia. As one of Malaysia’s top startup, this is the first automotive website in Malaysia that provides efficient car selling services to individuals and entities. Since its commencement in 2015, the company registered more than 690,000 bids for car. The fastest growing online platform also operates abroad, in Thailand, Indonesia and Singapore, which allow them to have one of the largest dealer network with more then 4,000 car dealers.

This is proof of the growing trend with big corporations taking advantage of the benefits in a coworking spaces. Coworking sticks out thanks to social and collaborative elements in addition to the flexibility of working in a non-office like environment.
