Launch of Colony @ Eco City

We’re excited to launch our second location at Eco City! More than 200 guests, including investors, landlords, property agents, media as well as friends and family joined us last Wednesday. In conjunction with this event, Colony also celebrated it’s one-year anniversary since it’s inception last year.

We posted an introduction to Colony @ Eco City back in April but the images back then were 3D rendered. Just last week, some of our members moved into Colony @ Eco City and our in-house cafe, Embassy is open for business. Spanning over 20,000 square feet over 5 floors, this new location screams for attention!

Our Eco City location exhibits a colonial design theme, with a flair of European and Asian elements as well as Colony’s signature monochromatic motifs that are adorned with chic interiors and pink accents.

Last but not least, we are proud to unveil a prototype for its future luxury office suites. The office suite called the Jamestown Suite is the first of its kind and comes fully equipped with a fully stocked mini bar, lounge set, flat screen TV and a personal Butler service.

Colony’s new luxury office suite comes with a personal butler service and Google Home automation where everything in the room is voice controlled.

The 215 square feet Jamestown Suite is built for one person and goes for RM10,000 a month making it the most expensive office in Malaysia at RM46.5 per square foot, over 3 times the highest rentals in KL. The company is also looking to pioneer the concept of “workcation” in renting the room for RM300 a day.
