After a tremendous kickstart to the year, Colony is very excited to keep the momentum going by introducing a Referral Initiative for February 2018
Through this initiative, Colony will reward RM 10,000 to any person that recommends a candidate who is hired and confirmed after the initial interview screenings and 6 months of probationary employment.
This offer is valid for all CVs referred to us within the designated time frame (1st Feb – 28th Feb), and is not applicable for personal applications. Our Executive Directors and HR Manager will make the final decision regarding eligibility of the candidate and the applications or resumes that has been received.

Colony Referral Initiative – Terms & Conditions
The following terms govern your participation in Colony’s Referral Initiative, run by Colony Space CBD Sdn Bhd (“Colony”). To proceed, you must agree and adhere to the following terms and conditions.
The parties referred to below are you (“Referrer”), and the person you have referred (“Referred Candidate”). To be eligible for the reward, you, as the parties must understand and agree to be bound by the rules described below.
1. Definitions
1.1 Referred Candidate: Someone who meets the eligibility requirements and has been referred to Colony by a Referrer.
1.2 Referrer: Someone who recommends an individual i.e. Referred Candidate to Colony, meets the eligibility criteria, and is qualified to receive the referral reward.
1.3 Eligible Referral: A Referred Candidate qualifies as an Eligible Referral if all of the following conditions are met:
1.3.1 The Referred Candidate is 21 years or older
1.3.2 The Referred Candidate has a valid work permit and is willing to work in Klang Valley.
1.3.3 The Referred Candidate was not referred to Colony by someone else at an earlier date.
1.3.4 The Referrer has made no more than 10 Eligible Referrals.
1.3.5 The Referrer is not involved in the hiring process for the Referred Candidate.
2. Overview of the Initiative
2.1 This initiative only applies for CVs received between 1st February 2018 to 28th February 2018, and the hires made from these CVs up to a year from the closing date; 28th February 2018.
2.2 The reward for a successful referral will be RM10,000 (“Reward”) providing that all conditions are met.
2.3 The Reward will only be given to the Qualified Referrer once the Referred Candidate has managed to get hired after being interview AND has passed the probationary period of 6 months with Colony.
2.4 The Referrer must claim the Reward within 3 months of the time at which the Referred Candidate has passed all interviews and the probationary period of 6 months; If unclaimed within this time frame, you will not receive the Reward.
2.5 The offer does not extend to, nor is the Reward payable for self-referrals.
2.6 We respect your privacy; therefore, collection and processing of all personal data will be done in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 legislation currently in force.
2.7 By participating you agree:
– To comply with all applicable commercial and public anti-bribery laws
– To send referral emails only for people and friends that you know personally
– Not to engage in any activity that may be considered fraudulent and invasive, or that may be considered spamming
2.8 Colony has the right to review and investigate all referral activities and to suspend or modify referrals in our sole discretion as deemed fair and appropriate.
2.9 Colony reserves the right to all hiring decisions or confirmation decisions for probation.
2.10 The decision of Colony on all matters, queries or disputes, concerning the Colony Referral Initiative and its Terms & Conditions shall be final.
3. Termination and Changes
3.1 Colony reserves the right to change the Referral Fee i.e. Reward amount without notice and as it may require.
3.2 Colony reserves the right to cancel the Colony Referral Initiative without prior notice in its entirety or for a specific referrer at any time and reason.
3.3 Any modifications to the Terms & Conditions will be announced via Colony’s Facebook page www.facebook.com/colonyspace.work/. Continued participation in the Referral Initiative after any modification shall constitute consent to such changes.
